If you have received the wrong item please contact contact@miyakumo.com and we will send you instructions for returning the item and receiving the correct item.
Items that are being returned must be shipped in their original condition and in protective packaging. Scratched or damaged jewellery will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned. The cost for returning a wrong item will be refunded in full provided that all returned items are shipped with tracked shipping to avoid any discrepancies with loss or theft

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our terms of service.
We offer worldwide shipping. All items are sent with tracked delivery

EU tracked delivery: 6-10 working days
Approx. £11.50 dependent on the order weight and size
All other destinations outside of the U.K and EU: 7-10 working days

We offer a faster delivery service using the provider DHL, however please note that the shipping cost may differ due to the expedited service.
