Due to the nature of how each item is made, all sales are final
If you have recieved the wrong item please contact contact@miyakumo.com and we will send you instructions for returning the item and receiving the correct item.
Items that are being returned must be shipped in their original condition and in protective packaging. Scratched or damaged jewellery will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned. The cost for returning a wrong item will be refunded in full provided that all returned items are shipped with tracked shipping to avoid any discrepancies with loss or theft
